Ello Baroness Von Trezza... :) This is an older version of the song... about 5 years ago... I will be updating with live drums, keeping the ukulele driven guitar parts....and bass.... adding some slide guitar and/or slide pedal steel parts once the male/female duet energy translates the way I've been hearing it in my head for the last couple years... I appreciate you very much... Sorry its taken so long to work together, life has a way of putting us all on various paths, trains and journeys...and mine has been quite the "long road to China" and scenic route of being put on a spiritual path through yoga and smoking oregano... just kidding, I don't smoke oregano.. Also a very slow ambient trancey, Nine Inch Nails version as well.... preliminary music all setup... VERY moody and cool.

Welcome to Yoga..... SESSION OVERVIEWS / DIRECTIONS 1st time: Watch it like a documentary experience - DON'T DO THE PRACTICE - just listen and watch 2nd time Watch and participate a little bit while listening to the technical directions. 3rd time Try to do the postures holding them for the 3-5 breath cycles... inhale/exhale is one complete round and work with each posture paying close attention to the technical alignment of your body... Focus on BREATHING nice and slow..... Remember what I said in the INTRO opening video important.... reinforce this 20 minute practice by doing it again on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.... do more if you enjoyed it....but try to do at least 3-4 times a week before next session, class., etc..
